In a neighborhood of executive homes, my property of the week is in the desirable Quail Hollow neighborhood and its list price is $239,000 for just under 2800 square feet of living space.  It has a total of five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.  Conveniently located between I-20 and I-26, this neighborhood is perfect for commuters.  It’s also near Lexington Medical Center and the Saluda River and it’s close to either Columbia or Lexington.   This is NOT a cookie cutter neighborhood.  Homes in Quail Hollow are custom built homes in a neighborhood of rolling hills and large lots.  2007 Bob White Lane sits on a 10454 square foot lot (info from tax accessor office) with a sprinkler system and was built in 1975.  It is an all brick traditional style home with a side entry garage on a large corner lot.  It even has a white picket fence!

The magnificent exterior leads into a foyer with a formal living area to the left of the front door, complete with French doors and built in shelving.  This space could be also be used for a very large, home office.  A formal dining room is located at the front of the home to the right of the front door and directly behind the dining room, is an eat-in kitchen that overlooks a beautiful back yard.  The kitchen has tons of cabinetry, double ovens, and Jenn-Air range. Adjacent to the kitchen is a mud room with doors to both the back yard and garage. 

Also, at the back of the house is a large family room with a gas log fireplace and built in shelving.
